At Velora Auto, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Clearance or sale items
- Items damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear
Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
